The BVR360 name and logos are trademarks of BVR360 or its affiliates/licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

Only authorized users (Advisors, Providers) may link to the homepage. We may offer social sharing features. We may disable these at any time.
THIRD-PARTY LINKS
BVR360 is not responsible for third-party websites linked on the Website. Use them at your own risk.
GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTIONS
The Website is operated from New York, USA, and may not be legal or accessible in some jurisdictions. Use it outside the U.S. at your own discretion and risk.
TRAVEL RISKS & REQUIREMENTS
You are solely responsible for:

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Legal action must be filed in New York County, New York. You consent to jurisdiction there.
ARBITRATION
At BVR360’s discretion, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration under the AAA Rules, applying New York law.
LIMITATION ON TIME TO FILE CLAIMS
You must bring any claim related to these Terms or the Website within one (1) year of the event.
WAIVER AND SEVERABILITY
Failure to enforce any term is not a waiver. If any provision is held invalid, the rest remain in effect.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and BVR360 regarding the Website.
If you are a BVR360 Advisor or Travel Provider, separate written agreements may apply and will take precedence in the event of conflict.
